WDHG网带式单板干燥机  performance introduction

WDHG系列新型下吸网带式单板干燥机是2015年黑龙江艾尔机械制造有限公司结合木业、人造板行业，尤其是0.2mm—4mm“旋切”，“刨切”单板等烘干设计的一款拥有国内多项第一，多项专利技术的单板干燥机。

该机型是“艾尔烘干家族”是“英雄机型(标配)”。

WDHG网带式单板干燥机可分为WDHG—I棱型网带单板干燥机和WDHG—Ⅱ不锈钢网带单板干燥机。

该机型可与多种热源配套：蒸汽锅炉，导热油锅炉，及热风炉，燃气锅炉等….

热源安装形式：下吸式 （蒸汽锅炉   导热油炉）

  备注：1.配用蒸汽锅炉，导热油炉时，热源安装形式为下吸式安装，烘干机内配有多组SRZ.SRL系列热源交换散热器.但订制烘干机时，蒸汽锅炉，导热油炉等锅炉有客户自行订制，我公司不配置锅炉。

2.配用热风炉时，公司自配用该机型专用的“ARRFL型热风炉”，同时热源安装形式也可为“上吸式”。

二层网带式单板干燥机

产品特点：

1、本机采用了横向循环垂直喷气方式，喷气的气流能高速均匀有效地作用于单板表面。

2、采用双层网带传送，无级变速，导网装置等确保干燥效果好，效率高。

Characteristics:

1、The air flow is circulated horizontally and sprayed vertically to dry the veneer evenly in machine.

2、By applying new mechanical ways,such as the transverse-circulating vertical-jetting way,2-deck belt conveying line, stepless gear and electric control, and efficiency of drying with this machine is surely guaranteed.

三层网带式单板干燥机

产品特点：

1、本机采用顶式离心风机，具有风量大、稳定性好之特点

2、钢铝复合型散热器，具有风阻力，散热面积大之特点，气流被加热后进入具有特性结构的变截面喷香，喷射的气流能高速均匀有效地作用于单板表面，使之很快达到理想的含水率。

3、本机型的加热风机安装在机器的两侧，使烘干出来的单板两侧含水率基本一致。

Characteristics:

1、This machine adopts centrifugal blower and radiator of steel&aluminum composite type.

2、The blower is mounted on the top of machine and it has the features of large air volume and stable.

3、The radiator has the feature of good wind resistance and large heat radiation area.

4、The thermal air blower is mounted at each side of the machine.When the heated air flow comes into the special spray tanks,they could be spray evenly onto the veneer surface with high speed.So that the veneer could reach perfect moisture content and get almost the same moisture content on both sides of veneer.
